Hello everyone.

Nathan is our coach and founder of Symmetry Endurance Coaching.

His sporting background began many years ago, when he was a little boy. Nathan was swimming before he could walk, which led to competitive swimming throughout his school years. During this time, he also became a keen runner and was often running in his cross country team with runners 5 years his senior.

On becoming a swimming teacher at a local leisure centre in 2002, his passion for teaching and coaching was ignited and loves to share his training and knowledge. Throughout this journey, Nathan has supported many athletes to success in triathlon and running.

Nathan has enjoyed training and racing for over 20 years, in many different disciplines. These include sprint triathlon to multiple Ironman's, long distance sea swimming, duathlon, swim/run, marathons, sea rowing and many more, spreading across the UK and Europe.
